Real Wedding: Fall, Waterfalls, and Beautiful Light

Heather of Infinity Images sent me this beautiful fall wedding, and I thought that perhaps we can all stand to see one more Fall wedding.  I’m sure some people up North are wishing it was Fall again anyways!  Of course when you throw in waterfalls and beautiful light, who wouldn’t want to see this wedding?!

This orange and red is the perfect color palette for a Fall wedding, and oh so fun!  Oh and let’s not forget about the bride and groom just bursting at the seams with happiness! I absolutely love it when a photographer can capture the emotion in such a beautiful way!  Thanks for sending these over Heather!

Rustic Fall Wedding by Studio 222 Photography

You may recall the Sneak Peek of this wedding that I posted a little over a month ago. When Becka of Studio 222 Photography posted more of the photos, I couldn’t wait until Wednesday for my usual Real Wedding post!

As I wrote in the Sneak Peek post, this wedding was the very first wedding that I coordinated on my own, so it holds a special place in my heart. It definitely helped to have the amazing photography duo of Studio 222, and of course the wonderful bride and groom, Sarah and Roger.

Sarah wanted a rustic fall wedding, and it was all that and more- complete with pumpkins, mason jars, haystacks, and of course a Gator game! The DIY elements that Sarah and her family put together completed the whole wedding. And let’s not forget about the beautiful venue, Black Diamond Ranch and Country Club. It was absolutely beautiful, the weather was great, and everyone had a great time!

Sarah recently did “Interview With a Newlywed” with Studio 222 for their blog-what a great idea! You can see the interview here, plus there are a few more photos from this wedding! Thank you to Becka and Nate for being such amazing photographers, and to Sarah and Roger for allowing me to be a part of this beautiful wedding!

    Love the Coors Light bridal bouquet! Seriously, great job of the entire wedding day photography coverage!
Rustic Red and Orange Inspiration Board

This is the last week of Fall, so I wanted to do one more fall inspired inspiration board! This combination of red and orange is so incredibly rustic and chic. The red and orange details pop beautifully against wood and the typical fall brown. A wedding with these colors is definitely going to be a lot of fun! Serve lemonade or cider (depending on the weather) before your ceremony. Have the reception in a large barn, just outside under the stars, or in a clearing between tress. How cool would it be to have lights strung from tree to tree?

I just love the rustic feel of the red and orange flowers, combined with a lot of wood. And of course mason jars are my favorite. You simply can’t have a rustic wedding without mason jars! What do you think of these colors for a rustic wedding? Are there any other colors you would use for a rustic event that aren’t brown?

Inspiration Board: Rustic Autumn

Brides who are searching for wedding inspiration right now will be having their weddings coming up this Fall and the Winter. Therefore, I’m going to be posting more color palettes and inspiration boards for the upcoming seasons to help these brides create the vision of their weddings! {And I’ll also be dreaming about what these seasons are like, since they don’t exist in Florida} But don’t worry, you’ll still be seeing bright spring and summer palettes as well!

I’m helping a friend with her October wedding, and I made this for her to help her put her ideas together. From what she’s told me, she wants it to be “Casual Elegant”. The ceremony will be outside at a country club, and the reception will be held indoors. It should be beautiful in Florida at that time of year! The pumpkins in the center were her main inspiration, so I centered everything else around those. She wants to have some candles in Mason Jars, and I personally love Mason Jars. So many things can be done with them!

Hopefully this board will help her put her ideas together and give her new inspiration too!

Row 2: Centerpiece from High Hopes Gardens; Glittered Pumpkins from Martha Stewart; Cider Station from Brides.com
Row 3: Mason Jar candles from The Inspired Room; Pumpkin centerpiece from TheKnot;

If you have a color palette or theme, or are developing a vision of your wedding, but you just can’t quite put it all together, let me know, and I’ll be more than happy to put together an inspiration board for you!
