Interview:
Why do you see yourself as being Modern, Vintage, Classic, or Eclectic?
My work can be categorized as vintage, but consider myself a modern photographer. I love all things vintage and focus on providing imagery that is timeless. I love capturing the emotion and love between the bride and groom as well as with their family and friends.
What is your favorite wedding detail you've ever seen or created?
I love weddings in general, so I can't point my finger on one particular detail. What I do love are couples who make their wedding day their "own" and not replicating what they see in blogs or what the latest trend is. Your wedding is the day to embrace the love you have for each other and sharing it with your loved ones.
What is your favorite store or brand?
I love Anthropologie, Ruche and BHLDN. I also don't stick to any brands, just what represents "me" :)
What advice do you have for a newly engaged bride?
Don't stress too much! While there are so many things to plan, enjoy every minute of it, because in the end it'll be worth it. Also, don't forget to book your photographer early!
What is your favorite thing about weddings?
EVERYTHING! I love what I do and feel so blessed to be a part of one of the most important days in a person's life.
What qualities do you possess that enable you to work well with brides and grooms?
Being personable. I am passionate about what I do and my clients can tell when meeting with me.
What steps do you take to ensure that your clients will have amazing wedding days when working with you?
I believe in client care and strive to provide the best service I can offer. I work and guide my clients from beginning to end. I don't want to just provide beautiful images, but ensure that my clients are taken care of and are happy.
