Interview:
Why do you see yourself as being Modern, Vintage, Classic, or Eclectic?
I see my style as a classic & modern approach. I love the classic feel to wedding photography because it is timeless and will never go out of style, something that you will forever have to share with family and friends. I love using colors, backgrounds and emotions with my clients, that's adding the modern twist to it.
What is your favorite wedding detail you've ever seen or created?
I had the privileged of shooting the Coonerty & Johnson wedding at the Trump International Golf in Palm Beach. As the bride and father walked down the aisle, they were surrounded by 15 bag pipers that lead them to the alter. It was a grand & unique entrance that I will always remember.
What advice do you have for a newly engaged bride?
My advice is to be "You". Don't be afraid to be unique in expressing yourself with all the little and big details of your wedding. This is your wedding day and not someone else's.
What is your favorite thing about weddings?
Seeing two families become one (it's really that simple).
What qualities do you possess that enable you to work well with brides and grooms?
Working with Carlos Baez (an amazing wedding photographer) has taught me so much about weddings. The two main qualities that I feel are important for weddings is to work well under pressure and with the bride and groom throughout the entire day. My goal is capture your day and not take away or be a distraction.
